Environment: 
ZENworks 23.4 

Situation: 

After Advanced Patch management migration and configuration steps are performed in the ZCC, maintenance for the configured Patch Server is completed.  
Once the DAU bundles get applied to the endpoints, the new patch agent is installed and subsequently reports the patch metadata and status during the initial patch scan 

However, the patch metadata processing fails on the Primary once the scan results files are uploaded to log the following error in /var/opt/microfocus/log/zenworks/patch-management/patch-management.log:

No patches are listed under the Security | Patches or Device | Patches tab in ZCC 

Patch processing failure would lead to collection/patchlink/failed folder having multiple zip files
