Unable to access ZCC as ZENClient-Mgmt Services slow to start after upgrading to 23.4 for MS SQL when using Windows Authentication

Environment

ZENworks 23.4
 

Situation

The client-mgmt service is taking an excessive amount of time to start after upgrading from 20.2 to 23.4 
Sep 13, 2024 2:32:59 PM org.apache.catalina.startup.Catalina load
........................
Sep 13, 2024 3:05:07 PM org.apache.catalina.startup.Catalina start


Cause

c3p0 logs may indicate that database account login using Windows Authentication fails on MS SQL.

The following error was seen during multiple retires in c3p0.log : 
"SQLServerException: Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authenticatio
