How to add ZooKeeper node if no ZENworks Primary is Configured or Missing

Environment

ZENworks 23.4 or higher 


Situation 

While replacing Primaries if the ZooKeeper Server was not migrated correctly as per the documentation, it shows no ZENworks Server as Running or Configured under ZCC | Diagnostics for ZooKeeper Cluster or when using the command: zman srzlc  


ZooKeeper role should be configured on at least one ZENworks Primary in the zone. For some core ZENworks functionalities to be operational, ensure that ZooKeeper services are up and running at all times. For details, refer to the ZENworks documentation
