How to check if you are still using Legacy feed for ZENworks Patch Management End of Service for ZENworks Patch Management Legacy Feed Migrating to Advanced Patch Management to get new Patches for supported ZENworks versions

Environment 

ZENworks Patch Management  


Situation 

As communicated previously, ZENworks Patch Management Legacy Feed has reached the end of Service on May 31st, 2024, and will be discontinued effective June 3rd, 2024.

If you are on a non-supported version (https://www.microfocus.com/productlifecycle) and any version older than ZENworks 2020 Update 3, you first need to update ZENworks to a supported version, and then migrate ZENworks Patch Management to Advanced Feed. 


Note: If you have not migrated to the Advanced feed from the Legacy feed, please be aware of the following:

  • There is no change to License Status if ZENworks Patch Management is still on the Legacy feed
  • The subscription update will fail and ZPM will not receive any new patches. The Patch Discovery status under the Patch Dashboard tab will show as Failed.
