ZENworks Patch Management 2020.3 - 23.4 - Advanced Feed

Situation

The patch deployment wizard no longer has the option to uninstall patches. How should it be done?

Resolution

NOTE:  As in prior versions, only patches that support uninstall can be uninstalled.

To see if a patch supports uninstall, see the patch details page


Note: These steps (workflow) may change in future releases, so confirm version.

In ZCC go to the zone Patches list.  Select the patch to be uninstalled.  Select View Patch in the left hand navigation bar.


Go to the patched tab and select all the devices to remove patch from. Select Action / Remove to bring up the uninstall deployment wizard
