how to fix kernel32.dll issue ?

I am testing streaming server function. and I have some problem about streaming APP, so I create a small App (filezilla).
when I build up filazilla App(exe), it seem work fine, then I perform [Publish to ZAV Server]. it upload without problem.
but when I click this application..it show an error message like below


About such error message like kernel32.dll...if I have method to find reason and resolve it ??
