Kid Pix 4

Hi all,
We have an application for young children called Kid Pix 4 Deluxe. It works fine on Win XPSP3, but not so much on Win7/8. It installs/uses Quicktime 5, and doesn't play nicely with newer versions.
I've been trying to create a ZAV 11 app, but I cannot get it to function (the issue seems to be quicktime).

I've done a snapshot which includes Quicktime (the version that is installed as a pre-req of KidPix) and KidPix itself, and the virtual apps works fine on XP, but not on later versions of Windows.
I've played with all the 'settings' of the app, no joy.

Any hints would be really appreciated.
