zav plug-in.exe error message

Hi All
I install plug-in on Win7 x64 Sp1 workstation, it seem install success but when I type username and password...it show a error message (error code: 0x80070002)
but not all workstations has such error message.
I search knowledgebase..it seem no TID document, but I find a spoon support document

it need place a jave svm compoment~~~after fix process..it seem no occure~~



Does anyone has similar experience like me ?
