Directory Services Syncing error

When I try and sync my Directory Services I get the following error

Not synchronized (Error: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index)

I have the LDAP looking to an OES 11 server. The ZAV is running on a Windows 2008 R2 server with all the updates. I do not have a license because I am trying to evaluate the product.

LDAP is configured with port 389 and simple authentication. The testing button show a success but it never shows any directories and I always get the above error.
