DO NOT INSTALL KB3045999 MS15-038

On windows 7 (maybe some others as well)
Installing the listed patch will break ZAV apps with the following error:
The application was unable to load a required virtual machine component. Please contact the publisher of this application for more information.

It may also break other programs.

Can uninstall patch using the following command:
wusa /uninstall /kb:3045999 /quiet /norestart (not sure on the /norestart option, but it will auto restart normally, found out hard way.)
