New received Zenworks Endpoint Antimalware.txt license is exprired

Hello,

our Antimalware license is expired. So I active a new one and it is coming per mail with all other new generted licenses.

But when I put the license in ZCC I get Licesne is expired.

So whats wrong? I dont know if the new key is different to the old one, bcause the old one is removed.

The solution was to restart the antimalware service on the server and then to enter the new license key. Now it is working. Thanks Craig

The best thing to do is open a Support Ticket with the Licensing Team. They can then reach out to support if necessary.

When did your License Expire? Today/Yesterday? Multiple Days Ago?

I know in THEORY what is supposed to happen is upon renewal the KEY does not change, but the LIcense Database is updated with the new valid time periods.

Perhaps there was an issue updating. The DB update is supposed to happen automatically when the new agreement starts after the prior one has completed.
