ZESUser and parts of ZESM are part of the core agent and will always be installed and running.

I've never seen ZESUser use so much memory but I do have some recommendations.

#1 - Change ZESM to "Not Installed" instead of simply "Disabled".  

You may need to enable a "Trial" License" to be able to change the license state, since a license is required to "Enable Install" but often impacts the ability to Disable Install".  

#2 - Change to Location LIte on the same screen.  (Note: This will have no impact while ZESM is still set to be installed.)

It may take a few freshes and reboot until everything is gone.  

The entry should clear from here....

and most/all of these drivers should be gone as well....

I check server setting....ZESM default use eval license....

But zenworks  agent still keep "Gray" icon...so I could not modify.

Bout Location List...it relate "Location" setting...my Location has no other setting..it still keep "Unknown" and no other setting.

You may need an SR to try and get an Eval license or other work-around to get it disabled.

The inability to set products to "Uninstalled" after a Trial expired has always drove me crazy.

But apparently it's a little tricky differentiating "Enabling" and "Disabling" once a trial expires.

I have ZESM partner license and import to my lab server.

then set uninstall 

device run "zac ref general bypasscache" to get latest setting, then reboot.

after reboot , both ZESM execuable file still running

Yes...Those processes will always be there even if ZESM is not installed.  However, many other components you cannot see will not be running in the background..  SInce the picture on the Left no longer shows ZESM.....I think you are good.

I would monitor to see if it continues to use excessive memory now.  I expect not.  When components are "Installed by Disabled", they still do ALOT.

For Example - If the "BUNDLE" Spoke is "Installed but Disabled"....The device will still ask for all bundle assignments and process all of the system requirements for the bundles.  It simply will not Show or Launch the Bundle Icons.

Were you having issues on devices w/o ZESM Installed?

On the device w/o ZESM Installed do you have any ZESM Drivers Installed? (They SHOULD not be there, but does not mean they are NOT there ....)

If Yes....Is this the case on ALL your devices or just this one?
