Again upstream servers busy

Hi,

anyone else has same problem with download of Antimalware signatures ?

[ERROR] [06/05/2024 10:16:57.496] [59] [OnDemandContentProxy] [123] [zenworks] [ConcurrentCDNContentDownloader] [Not able to download the file from upstream servers. Probably all are busy (or) space could have run out in some of the upstream servers and some are busy (or) external download is not allowed] [] [] [] [OnDemandContent]

Rebooting server doesn't fixed the problem. We see this error from yesterday.

License is active till January 1, 2025.

There was a flurry of reports yesterday.  No known root cause.  Since multiple unrelated folks reported it.....my guess would be something to do with the content hosting servers on the web.....But I don't know anything for sure yet.....

I've got the same problem since Monday morning (GMT-8).  100% failure on all workstations getting updates; error -2022 on the hourly signature updates, error -3 on the 4-hour engine updates.  rebooting multiple times did not help; Just a bit ago I started restoring the zenworks appliance from Sunday's backup, but now I see that isn't going to help either since it has nothing to do with my server.

Do I need to open a case, or are there sufficient cases open?

At this point, I do not think another case is required......

Please monitor these threads..I will try and update.  I know ZCM Development has engaged the OEM Vendor to see what is happening since the issue appears to be communication with the OEM Servers.  A Co-worker is replicating in their lab as well as a multiple customer reports so I don't think a case will help until the current issue reported by multiple folks is reported.
