According to https://www.suse.com/de-de/support/kb/doc/?id=7017652 , your system might just be under heavy load.
But what seems closer to the mark: you may be running an unsupported configuration. The error says "btrfs-transacti", so the task locking up the kernel is the BTRFS stack.
Btrfs is not a supported file system for running Vibe on, as per https://www.novell.com/documentation/vibe4/vibe4_inst/data/b77qw4a.html . We have not seen issues with people running Vibe on btrfs, but it all depends on load.
If you have all your Vibe code and data on non-btrfs volumes, it could also be a secondary cause, e.g. the DB. According to https://btrfs.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/Gotchas#Fragmentation , the soft_lockups can happen with a lot of random writes to large files, like e.g. a MySQL/mariadb monolithic data file.

So try to see if the load is high (just run "uptime" in the time-vicinity of the error messages), and maybe check your brtfs stats and try to find what file(s) are causing the issue.
