Vibe 4.0.8.1 Connection to ldap

Problem by connecting to ldap on vibe 4.0.8.1

When i configure and try to access the ldap-server on oes2018sp3-server with all new patches with ldaps://192.168.xxx.xxx:636, i become the following error messages:

LDAP-Server: ldaps://192.168.13.48:636
PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
What is to do?
