Vibe designer - diagram view

Hello,

I am creating a new Workflow in Vibe (Vibe 4.0.3) Workflow designer - in Workflow Preview it is not possible to see a diagram  - statuses and relationships.
I can not see anything.
But I see an older workflow (Vibe 4.0.8 - another customer server) diagram image created about 3 months ago.
Where is the problem? VIBE version?
Which browser should be used or what settings?

    If memory serves, the designer and various applets in older vibe were java applets which certificates have expired.  Upgrade Vibe to resolve
