"Edit this File" function Domain versus Non Domain

Hi All,
Please help with this perplexing problem:

Scenario #1: Win10 with Vibe 4.05 with Excel 2016 in Workgroup with all Vibe Plugins installed. "Edit This File" works no issues. Works = login to Vibe url via any browser click on "Edit This File" Excel workbook is displayed with expected Data.

Scenario #2: Win7 with Vibe 4.05 with Excel 2016 in DSFW Domain with all Vibe Plugins installed. "Edit This File" works no issues. Works = login to Vibe url via any browser click on "Edit This File" Excel workbook is displayed with expected Data.

The Problem:
Scenario #3: Win10 with Vibe 4.05 with Excel 2016 in DSFW Domain with all Vibe Plugins installed. "Edit This File" does not work! Does Not Work = login to Vibe url via any browser click on "Edit This File" Excel A BLANK workbook is displayed. Data is not there.

Has anyone seen this behavior? If so, Is there any solutions or troubleshooting steps you can recommend?
So you know i've tried the registry edit already.

This is frustrating. Thanks in advance!
