Workflow rights

Hi,
I've created a workflow (Vibe 4.04) that enables a group (eDirectory) of 2 users to create a form and put it in draft until it's manually sent to the next state.
Everything is working fine when each user launchs it's own created form. How can I add privileges to both of them to be able to run wichever form owner is? Is that possible?

    Hi Miguel,

    this is possible out of the box, of course.
    1. Give the users "create entries" and "read entries"- rights on the folder.
    2. Just add "Access controls" to each of the workflow states and then assign the appropriate rights to the edir group - by adding e.g. "Read Access", "Modify Access" and etc. to the "Access controls" element.
