Pursuant to the product support lifecycle published on the Micro Focus website, one or more of the product versions included in your profile is/are entering the “Sustaining Maintenance” phase of their support lifecycle. Please refer to the table below for additional details.

OpenText encourages customers to upgrade to the latest version to benefit from the significant changes the product has undergone, obtain the latest content updates and move to a fully supported release.

If the time is not right to upgrade, OpenText offers an Extended Support program. With Extended Support, customers continue to receive expert-level technical support and maintain an escalation path to R&D for severity 1 issues for an additional two-years after the end of “Current Maintenance” for their product version.
