There are no GroupWise Messenger conversations showing in Retain after a specific date.

Environment

Retain Unified Archiving
GroupWise Messenger

Situation

GroupWise Messenger conversations after a specific date are missing from Retain when executing a search.

Cause

The Messenger Archive Agent is unable to process archived records in the ArangoDB.  To confirm this issue, open the latest Archive Agent log on the Messenger server.  The default location of the log is /var/opt/novell/log/messenger/aa.  Look for entries similar to:
700 DBG DBLOG: _ReturnString2Objects error processing Queue/45584665 [0xaf1b]
700 DBG DBLOG: DbReadCursor [error = 0]
700 ARC Error checking archive queue [0xAF1B]
