Installation of Retain will not proceed and RetainInstall.exe gets deleted.

Environment

Retain Unified Archiving 24.2
Windows Server 2019
 

Situation

During the installation process on a new Windows Server, when executing RetainInstall.exe, the installation proceeds until it attempts to install Tomcat and the Java JDK, at which point the Java program encounters a crash. This causes a brief appearance of the command prompt followed by the deletion of the RetainInstall.exe file.
