Knowledge Document: Unable to log into the Retain Admin Console

Environment

Retain 4.x

Situation

When attempting to log into the Retain Admin Console, after entering the admin name and password, the browser just spins and the page will not load.

Resolution

This has been reported to development, a fix will be included in future releases.

Here are the steps to work-around the issue:
1) Select the X next to the browser URL line to stop loading the page.
2) Select the 'Refresh' icon or press the F5 key to reload the page.
3) The Admin Console should now be loaded.
