Of course this would also require some processing to turn the current java jabber of those messages into something more humanly readable by the typical operator and not needing a programmer type to understand those reports.
Currently there are many Retain deployments that are breaking down because this hurdle to operate is so high for those typically over tasked with managing it, where as long as they can browse a few mailboxes in the archive, all is just fine.
