Ability to go to a Job in the Admin console and 'Run Now"

Sometimes when you want to test a job, or there has been a missed job, you have to goto the schedule and modify to run in a few mins time. In would be great to be able to open the Job and have a 'Run Job Now' button, which executes the job immediately.
