User Rights and Group Details all get Error Code 500

Retain 4.11.0.1 on OES 2018.3 up to date (patched and rebooted to check)

(in the off chance there is an easy fix before I really drill in tomorrow (Case time?))

If you go look at changing any users' rights

Management, Users,  select a user and then their User Rights and most get    
   Retain experienced an error, which has been logged. Please inform the administrator.
   Error:
   Code: 500
   URI: /RetainServer/Manager/usermanagement.jsp
   Time: Wed Mar 29 22:19:47 EDT 2023    (current)
   
Appears this applies only to the default group members, let's go look at Groups

Management, Groups, select a group, any group (only 3 in there)
   Retain experienced an error, which has been logged. Please inform the administrator.
   Error:
   Code: 500
   URI: /RetainServer/Manager/groupmanagement.jsp
   Time: Wed Mar 29 22:06:35 EDT 2023   (current, yes I documented backwards, don't we all?)

    Hi Andy,

    I have to admit that I haven't taken the time yet to upgrade my Retain to the current :-( but I can't dup this.  Go ahead and open a case and we can help you there.

    Case opened.  Have submitted lots and Bob most recently asked for the StubConfig that is surprisingly empty,  and has been since mid Solr8 update on this system.   hmmmm
