Installation of iManager plugins hangs and do not show any progress regardless which plugin is selected for installation. It says "calculating time for installation", remains forever at 0%.

Open Enterprise Server 23.4 (OES 23.4)
Open Enterprise Server 24.3 (OES 24.3)

Installation of iManager plugins hangs and does not show any progress.
Regardless which plugin is selected for installation, it says "calculating time for installation", remains forever at 0%.
