After upgrading to iPrint 24.4 the iPrint Printer Portal page loads, but shows a blank list of printers.

Environment

Open Enterprise Server with iPrint 24.4

Situation

After upgrading to iPrint 24.4 the iPrint Printer Portal page loads, but shows a blank list of printers.

Cause

24.4 installs iPrint Advanced whether you are entitled to it or not.  The advanced features will be installed but not activated until the license is applied.  The iprintconf.properties file doesn't get configured for the iPrint Portal page until it is logged into at least once.  The iPrint development team is investigating this issue.
