Server is OES 2018 SP3. When trying to do online update, it is unable to connect to the update servers.

Environment

Open Enterprise Server 2018 SP3
Open Enterprise Server 24.2

Situation

When trying to do online update, there are errors about not being able to connect to update servers.

"An error occurred while connecting to the server."

On clicking the Details button, the error is

"ERROR: Server returned nothing (no headers, no data): (52).
