The saved login profiles are not available when the Client for Open Enterprise Server 24.1 or earlier is paired with the NetIQ Advanced Authentication client as the primary credential provider.

Client for Open Enterprise Server 24.1

Situation

The saved login profiles are not available when the Client for Open Enterprise Server 24.1 or earlier is paired with the NetIQ Advanced Authentication client as the primary credential provider.  The Advanced Authentication completes, the Client for OES asks for user information, and the saved login profiles are not provided.

Resolution

This issue has been reported to engineering.
