After adding new DNS resource records via dns dhcp console, the DNS zone is not updated.

Environment

Open Enterprise Server 2018 SPx
Open Enterprise Server 2023.x
Open Enterprise Server 24.x

Situation

After adding new DNS resource records via dns dhcp console, the DNS zone is not updated.

Cause

In some scenario, when new DNS records are added, the system might take some time to apply new configurations.

This can be caused by "named" (dns service) may be stopped or not running correctly. This can also prevent new records from being processed and updated.
