We have some users are experiencing the issue described here:
This is screenshot from Win 10 1809 Enterprise LTSC Build 17763.6659 with MS Office 2019 Professional Plus (16.0.10416.20027) and OES 24.4 Client, the drive icons are missing and Outlook hangs when adding or saving attachments
This is very interesting screenshot from Win 10 21H2 Enterprise LTSC
"L", "M" and "P" mapping –> OES 2023.0 Cluster with latest patches, "N" –> OES 23.4 , "R" -> OES 2018.3 Cluster
The problem is happening in different Windows 10 versions and different OES Client versions (24.4, 24.1)
Downgrade OES Client to 2.SP7 (IR4) or OES Client 2.SP5 (IR2) not help
Any suggestions?
