Disabling iManager plug-ins installation while 24.4 upgrade

Hi Community,

during the second phase of OES 24.4 upgrade (after the first reboot), an item shows "iManager plug-ins installing, this may take a while".

Indeed, this is taking a huge "while", close to 90% of the down time.

As far as I remember, there was an option to disable those updates, in previous OES version

I am unable to find them for this version,

any help ?
