Fiile permission issues with Shared NSS folder that are used on second OES server for apache wwwrun user

Hello,

We have files in a NSS folder on one of our OES servers that are shared via NFS to another OES server that hosts our website via apache. The wwwrun user is denied access to these files.  But we cannot change opwnership or change acl on the files.   What would be the proper way to set this up?
