ERROR : Failed to SSPRChange password

I am using ALM 24.1, ALM client launcher 4.4,4.1. 
I updated my password through client launcher and it worked few days ago.

When i am trying to do that now, it is giving error : Failed to SSPRChange password.
What are the possible reasons for that?
