After upgrading to iPrint 24.4 the iPrint Printer Portal page loads, but shows a blank list of printers.

Environment

Open Enterprise Server with iPrint 24.4

Situation

After upgrading to iPrint 24.4 the iPrint Printer Portal page loads, but shows a blank list of printers.

Cause

24.4 installs iPrint Advanced as both base iPrint and iPrint advanced now merged and going forward it will be single pattern. The advanced features will be installed but not activated until the mobility is configured.  The iPrint mobility does not get configured automatically and gets configured after logging into the iPrint portal. The printers will get displayed after the mobility configuration.
