The .PA directory is the printer queue where print jobs are stored before be sent to the printer. Depending of the type of file, they could grow large. If you look inside, they will be a print job. Look at the date and it is old, then for any reason this file has failed to print and left there. If it was due to a printer or communication failure, it could be automatically deleted if you enable the auto clean-up feature:

If it is old and you want to delete it manually, just stop printmanager, delete it and restart printmanager
