https://iprint:9443/iprintconfig not accessable after iPrint Appliance Upgrade from 4.2 Patch11 to 23.4

the Migrate Existing iPrint Appliance Task runs without errors.

After the restart, all services are started, management via iManager is possible, users can print!

Only the https://iprint:9443/iprintconfig cannot be accessed.

We also tried to Upgrade the Appliance to 24.3 via Update Channel, but same problem.

Probably two issues here:

Appliance CA and your external intermediate CA are using the deprecated sha1withrsa signature algorithm.

1. To renew appliance ca follow:

portal.microfocus.com/.../KM000021381

2. Once appliance ca is renewed and new certificates are recreated, you need to issue a new CSR to your external CA and let them provide a CA root and intermediate that doe not contain the sha1 algorithm. Goddady certificate are known to be hit by this issue:
