I reported this to tech support last week and it is discussed in this thread also: iPrint Client 6.24.00 - constant login to secured printers Until OpenText updates Marketplace, the best way to get version 6.24.20 is to fully patch your appliance and then download them from /var/opt/novell/iprint/htdocs/clients.
