Can GW admin configure Proxy access on behalf of an user?

Can GroupWise admininistrator configure Proxy access on behalf of an user?

OR

Can GW admin see what access a proxy user has been given on another user's mailbox (not the admin's mailbox)?

Using the GroupWise Mailbox Management product you can do this.

Is GroupWise Mailbox Management product part of GroupWise?
If so, how do I open that?

GroupWise Mailbox Management is part of Enterprise Messaging (a suite of products) or as a separate license/application to purchase.

You should see proxy access without mailbox management anyhow but you cannot change it.
I do not understand your remark "(not the admin's mailbox)". Admin cannot proxy to any other mailbox except he/she has got rights ...

Thanks. I was able to use this to determine that access seems to be correct. Will confirm on the user client.
