Deleting attachments to emails - just one not all

Hi.  I've just upgraded to Groupwise 18.  I often have attachments to emails; and often need to edit or delete attachments before the email is sent.  Currently if I attempt to delete one attachment, all attachments are deleted.  What do I do to just delete one attachment?  Thanks.

I never heard of this happening.  I just opened a new email, dragged two files to it, then deleted one of them.  Works, just like it always has.  Maybe explain your exact process so we know what is going on.  Also, what version of GroupWise are you running?  I would hope that if you just upgraded to 18, that you went with the latest 18.2.1 release.

yes I have upgraded to 18.2.1.

My process is that I will either attach an attachment by hitting the
paper clip icon at the top of the screen, or drag a file from my other
screen to my email. To delete the attachment I right click on it and
    hit delete.

I have just tested this seven or eight times. It is an intermittent
thing. I am getting occasions when it acts normally i.e. Deletes the
attachment that I want to delete; sometimes it deletes one first then
deletes all when I try to delete a second, and sometimes it deletes all
when I try to delete one document the first time.

I can't seem to see a pattern, other than if I select several items by
hitting the paper clip, going to the file of attachments, and scrolling
down to select several attachments, if I try to delete just one it
deletes all. But that sometimes happens when I select a number of
    attachments individually.

I am using Microsoft 10 Pro on an HP 600 G5 SFF.

Unfortunately, "no pattern" and "intermittent" means next to impossible to fix.  Replicating the problem is step one in fixing it.  I tried a few things here and could not make it happen.  The closest was when I accidentally selected all attachments and then right-clicked and deleted.  I realized what I had done, but fingers were moving faster than brain.    So even then, it was steps I took and not a problem with the software.  At this point, not really sure what to suggest.  If you do find a way to replicate the problem, please let us know.
