Be Friendly to VMWARE Host Server

Hello Forum Member,

I've recently installed GWDR, I am in the process of learning this product. So far my experience is mixed. I have some questions, maybe somebody can answer them to me. I've checked these in the documentation, but there is nothing about it.

So there is this "Be Friendly to VMWARE Host Server" under Web Administration & System Preferences. What is this? What does this? I guess it is some kind of optimization, but what exactly? Should I enable, or disable it?
