Blueprint job running continuously

Hi

After upgrading to GDR 18.3 about a week ago I have a Blueprint job that has been running continuously according to the Monitor screen. It just never ends. Everything else show "All profiles functioning correctly" and reports are generated correctly. If I look at running jobs via a putty session to Reload it show no jobs running. I have tried turning off Blueprint reporting. Nothing seems to stop that job. Any ideas?
