Unable to add users to GW web access controle list, when adding the user and saving it the user is gone from the list when the visibility of the user is other then System

Environment

GroupWise 24.x

Situation

You need to add users to the access controle list for GW web and after saving the user you just added does not show in the list


Cause

This only happens for users that do not have the visibility set to System, the workaround is to set the users visibility to System and then add the user to the access controle list again as this will be saved.
