GW Web error.log shows "host not found in upstream "pool_smg" in /etc/nginx/nginx.conf:112"

Environment

GW Web 24.x

Situation

After successfully upgrading GW Web to a newer version, the error.log shows errors about SMG even though SMG is not in use with the GroupWise system.

Find resolution on support portal
