NAM Authentication tab for GroupWise Web is visible in shipping GroupWise 24.4 Admin Console

This tab was accidently left visible when we shipped 24.4.  This feature will not be available until GroupWise 25.1 ships in January 2025.  We have removed it from the FTF builds.  If you would like a build with it removed, open a case and ask for build 146800 with the notation that you want it for the NAM Auth tab.
