Knowledge Document: Unable to login in a GroupWise Messenger account if MFAA feature is enabled on a GroupWise account

You have configured MFAA host and linked a GW system to it. When a GW user tries to login, he provides an LDAP password and then extra MFAA dialog is displayed where the end user must chose one of enrolled authentication methods to allow login. There is no extra configuration needed for the GWMA server (URL to be added) in the MFAA site. However, if the user tries to login in his Messenger account, it fails and no MFAA extra dialog is displayed for end user.

Situation

You have configured MFAA host and linked a GW system to it. When a GW user tries to login, he provides an LDAP password and then extra MFAA dialog is displayed where the end user must chose one of enrolled authentication methods to allow login.
However, if the user tries to login in his Messenger account, it fails.
