check pending moves and operations for all domains

Sometimes already completed moves reappear in pending moves.

This may be caused, when you "Clear All Completed" in "User Move Status" before the completion was replicated to all domains.

To help prevent this, I made  a script to check all domains for pending moves and pending operations.

Some special characters in the password do not work with the curl command.

if you find any other character that don't work please post a comment.
