Knowledge Document: New folders are not synchronized with GMS

Your end users report synchronization issues after they created in GW mailbox new folders. Those are not reflected at GMS site. Emails moved into this new folder are still in the Inbox folder on a device.

Situation

Your end user report synchronization issues after they created in GW mailbox new folders. Those are not reflected at GMS site. Emails moved into this new folder are still in the Inbox folder on a device. 

If using 11331 build, any new folder is not created at GMS site and for the account neither new mails from GW site might arrive. Until the user account gets reinitialized.
