Users added in the exception list for GW web are not saved when the visibility of the user is set to anything other then system.

Environment

GroupWise 24.x

Situation

Users added in the exception list for GW web are not saved when the visibility of the user is set to anything other then system.

 

You can add the user but after you save the changes and you go back into the exception list you will see the user you just added is not in the list anymore, this only happens for the users that do not have the visibility set to "system"
