GroupWise 24.3 client build 145919

Situation

Using GroupWise 24.3.0 client build 145919, the date format in the GroupWise client reverts to US format and cannot be changed, despite the desktop date being set to UK format. The client ignores the system date format and only provides the US format option when 'Set GroupWise to System' is selected in the Calendar date/time options panel
